With extensive experience in court and across the legal system, Ms. Hobson is a proven leader and the driving force behind our legal team. As Director of Legal Services, she oversees all legal matters and provides the expertise and strategic guidance that shape our team of Paralegals and McKenzie Friends.

Her comprehensive legal background spans family and criminal law, as well as employment disputes, small claims, and appeals. Claire's knowledge and leadership are key in helping our clients navigate complex cases and achieve successful outcomes. Claire's passion for law was sparked when she successfully represented herself in an Employment Tribunal and later began assisting friends in securing access to their children. Since 2013, she has supported numerous Litigants in Person, providing tailored information, advice, and practical assistance, particularly for parents seeking to maintain or establish meaningful relationships with their children. Drawing on a combination of life experience and professional training, Claire is committed to helping families focus on the needs of the children involved. 

She works to improve communication and rebuild relationships wherever possible. A strong advocate for the importance of family connections, Claire firmly believes that, wherever it is safe, children should have the opportunity to maintain a relationship with both parents and their wider family networks.
